This is a one off tender. Theres no form for this, just shove your application on a post.
Basically, it's the tender to operate the open top tour bus for Cardiff City or Liverpool FC, whoever wins the League Cup Final in a few weeks time. The tour will take place exactly 5 days after the final (that bit needs to be confirmed, just an approximate date though). There will be a one off payment once the contract has been carried out of £20,000.
Companies bidding need to state their vehicle, which must be fully open top an eligible for easy decoration. The majority of seats will also have to be taken out of the upper deck. Vehicles should also have a guard rail around the perimeter of the bus. Companies must also provide a second double decker, either partly open top or fully open top, suitable for press use. The same criteria applies.

Applications will not be accepted after 20th February, with the winner being announced the following day.

Liverpool have won the cup!
For the open top tour, the actual open top tour will be performed by M&D due to the newest vehicles and highest capacity. However the press bus will be provided by Wrexham Transport, aswell as a security/police bus provided by Liver Travel. This is the following payments for the companies:

M&D: £20,000
Wrexham Transport: £12,500
Liver Travel: £7500

Just a quick note to say that a rail replacement on the City line is currently in operation (Liverpool-Wigan) until 25th March. After that date, a replacement from Huyton to Wigan is in operation until 12th May. Only on Saturday and Sunday on both. Any chance this could be offered up for tender.
