Surprise inspections may be made by the VOSA officer. Make sure your paperwork is in order, your vehicles are maintained and all your services are running with appropriate vehicles and on time. You will be given an hours notice of an inspection, and should you fail the inspections, sanctions will be undertaken!
A feedback form or some form of feedback will be placed in your company folder following an inspection.
