Operator Weekly Awards

Hi all,
Just a quick note to say I'll be starting Operator of the Week awards in the next couple of weeks, which comes with a cash prize.
However, another idea I have that I would appreciate some feedback on is possibly Operator of the Month and Operator of the Year, which will also come with cash prizes. I was also thinking of doing a poll to decide this so other members can choose who they think merits the Operator of the Week/Month/Year award, rather than myself deciding all the time.
Here are the prizes for each award -
Operator of the Week: £200,000
Operator of the Month: £500,000
Operator of the Year: £1,000,000
